Hooray 2022 Swain graduates!

Swain County High School seniors were honored by their fellow Swain students and community members during the Senior Walk on Friday morning, May 13. Wearing their graduation caps and gowns, the seniors loaded up on the buses and visited students at East, West Elementary and Swain Middle School before walking through downtown Bryson City and then were welcomed back to the high school by the underclassmen. This year’s graduation ceremony will be held on Saturday, June 4 at 10 a.m. with a parade to follow. Smoky Mountain Times will publish the annual Swain High Graduation section honoring the students the following Thursday.
