My awesome and funny daughter, Megan Lea Hoke, 31, of Bryson City passed on into the loving hands of our Lord on Sunday, March 19, 2017.

Megan was born in West Virginia, grew up in Bryson City and attended Swain County High School.

 She is preceded in death by her father, Benny Hoke. She is survived by her mother Tina Turpin, sister Louann Hoke and her fiancé Paul Olivares of Puyallup, Washington, her brother Robert Hoke, niece Cydnee Hoke of Whittier, NC, Grandmother Joeann Turpin of Bryson City, her partner Elizabeth Tieriney and step daughter Desiray. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins in West Virginia and North Carolina.

Visitation was held at Crisp Funeral Home Friday, March 24.

She will be sorely missed. Mommy loves you.
